Menus and addresses

The menu and publication status are separate settings.

Organise Under Apparence → Menus, select the language, add the pages you need and arrange them. Place child pages below their parent. Drafts should not appear in public navigation.

Change a title or address Edit the content in its editor. Aries retains menu references linked to the page and records the old address as a redirect. Check any menu label you customised manually.

After a change, test the old address, new address, menu and links in your content. Use the internal link picker when offered.

In a subdirectory The site address must include that directory. Check it before correcting individual links. See installation.
